Once we have had our first initial meeting and we have found the solution your business needs we will then ask for the relevant information to start the application such as:
Acceptable proof of ID:
A current valid full passport with photograph.
A current Valid driving license with photograph.
A current valid National Identity Card.
Acceptable Proof of residential and business address (Less than 6 months old):
Current utility bill.
Current mobile phone bill.
Current statement of account from a credit or financial institution.
Current local authority bill (water tax, refuse collection etc.)
Current household/motor insurance certificate (annually issued document but expiry date must not have passed)
Proof of Bank - The below must be visible on the proof of Bank Document:
Account Number and Sort Code or IBAN and BIC
Trading Name or Legal Name of Merchant.
Dated within the last 6 months.
List of Acceptable Documents for Proof of Bank:
Bank statement (online statements also acceptable)
A signed letter on headed paper from the bank confirming the IBAN & BIC / Account Number & Sort Code and Legal or Trading Name of Merchant.

All documents needing to be signed will be sent via Adobe sign.
Once everything has been approved and we have created your Merchant ID we will then arrange a delivery date for you terminal to be delivered or provide you with the details for your non-physical solutions.
